When Rotair told us that its North American distributor Service Department would come to Italy, we started to plan a special day.
We met in Bimotor on December 5th and, from that moment on, we began to grind out the miles.
We toured the length and breadth of our headquarters, visiting all our warehouses and offices, letting the Rotair-ELGi team touch the heart of our job so deeply that at one point Grace Brasil, Warranty Analyst, and Gerald Peters, Field Service Manager, took off their coats and jackets, put on their gloves and headed to work with our guys in the Workshop. In the afternoon we moved to FPT Industrial and we got the chance to offer them a guided tour of the NEF engine manufacturing plant and of the always impressing Testing.
It was a precious day made of constructive exchanges, information sharing and crazy pedometers; new cement for the already solid foundation of the collaboration between Bimotor, Rotair and its distributors' network.
