Product availability has always been a pillar of our company.
And the foundation of this pillar goes back to our origins. When we were still a car and commercial vehicle dealership, selling replacement engines, the mantra was 'never stop'. Vehicles could not stop. Customers had to be able to get back on the road as soon as possible.
And when BIMOTOR was born, the approach did not change. The focus shifted to other applications, but 'never stop' remained a requirement. A fire-fighting system, a generator that guarantees the supply of electricity, a machine that feeds cows or a boat carrying passengers cannot afford to stand still.
Hence, stock, although unfashionable in the Just in Time era, allows us - now as then - to guarantee our customers immediate availability of engines and components, and to minimise downtime. Maintaining a constant level of supply, even in these difficult times, requires maniacal care of the entire supply chain, from the purchasing strategy to the logistics of shipment to the customer. We work in partnership with our suppliers and give them greater visibility into our requirements to guarantee our customers a high standard of service.
